We work well with home owners who want to save money by doing a lot of "DIY" on there own. We can also help you with those tasks and provide "tricks of the trade" to help as a courtesy.

-We offer in house CAD and design work at a very affordable price. We constantly update you with pictures of your project as its being developed so you can give your input without having to wait for tedious meetings.
-Casey, RMI/ owner of the company, is also the builder who is very hands on with every project. He delivers custom quality with personal service every time. From the bid to the final walk through he is there every step of the way so you are not dealing with a 3rd party project manager who has multiple jobs to worry about. He has over 12 yrs exp in the field not including all the time helping his Father build as a kid.
